If for some reason you are not satisfied for whatever reason you can cancel your Reseller account within 30 days of your signup date and Tech Logic will refund your setup fee (if any) and the monthly fees will be refunded. To view any exceptions to the refund rule is if you violate Tech Logic's Terms Of Service (TOS). Violations are most commonly due to spamming, hacking and/or illegal content or illegal activities.
Tech Logic will invoice you through email. If you pay monthly you can request a monthly statement or if you use the yearly payment option you can request a yearly statement. Invoices are also available within your Secure Tech Logic Reseller account area. Tech Logic accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Bank Wire Transfers, Western Union, Company Checks, Personal Checks, Money Orders and cash.
You are free to charge your clients any price you wish for your services using your choice of billing software, we offer WHMCS. Tech Logic does not get involved with how you bill your clients. You can get a merchant account in order to be able to accept credit cards for your business and we suggest using a Paypal account aswell, or on it's own. Simply put, you just pay Tech Logic your Reseller account costs and then charge your clients whatever you wish.
All costs are clearly stated within the Tech Logic website. There is nothing hidden within any fineprint or within any of our Terms of Services so the answer to your question is NO. Common costs that could occur would be that of which would be beyond your expected monthly rate as per the Reseller service and would be those due to increased disk space and/or bandwidth usage. Pricing for this is clearly stated within it's rightful area of Tech Logic's website. If you find you would be using above your Reseller Plan limits then ugrading your plan is always an option if you do not wish to pay for the current month disk space or bandwith levels. Estimated disk space usage and availability a long with bandwidth usage stats are available within the majority of your control panels.
LWHM (Web Host Management) software will allow you to create, remove and edit your hosting accounts in real time. You will be able to view server status, upgrade/downgrade accounts, view, limit and control bandwidth usage, password, modification, control your dns zones and more.
You are free to setup any hosting service packages you wish and set any price for such services along with any other related legal services or legal products in accordance with our Terms of Service.
You are required to provide technical support to your own clients. If you do not know the answer to a specific question you may ask Tech Logic and we will assist where required.
Tech Logic's average shared server come with 1024-2048MB of RAM, 160mbps SCSI hard drives and is a dual processor system. All our servers run spare hard drive for backup purposes. Tech Logic's server all have different specs and when a server reaches what we feel is it's limit we then build another and we are constantly upgrading hardware and software.
If you decide to leave we would be sorry to see you go as a reseller but happy to see you go if it is due to success however, you are free to leave anytime you wish. You clients are yours and you are free to take them with you if you feel the need has arisen to go.
